*Flexibility and availability throughout the workweek and/or weekends are required for Full Time (FT) status and compensation. Pay/benefits are tiered higher for FT status to compensate greater availability requirements. Regular work schedules will be consistent but will include occasional changes as assigned by supervisor. Employees are notified of assigned work schedule weekly, with at least 3 days prior notice. Assigned shifts must be attended to maintain FT status and compensation. Failure to work assigned shifts will result in reassignment to Part Time (PT) status and compensation or termination, based on frequency/severity of inflexibility.
